This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Return or Refund Policy
The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please contact us so that we may help you through the process. The item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase and the shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
1. Please email Manateemeatcompany@gmail.com to request a return or refund. If a return or refund is needed, we will send you a link to a shipping label for you to print.
2. Return your item via the carrier designated on the shipping label.
3. Include in your package a copy of the order, or order number, and the reason for your return number.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you may have paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, and in original packaging you may exchange it for a different item, size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping, unless it was our error in filling the order

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. If paying by check or money order, your items will ship after the check or money order funds are available.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm,
UNLESS otherwise noted on the shopping page.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We work hard not to have backorders. We do not ship backorders.
