It isn’t about being told to “move on” or following a timetable for grief. It’s about finding a way to keep moving forward while still honoring the person you miss. Come exactly as you are. Talk if you want to talk. Laugh if you feel like laughing. Share memories, play a few games, meet people who understand, or simply find a comfortable chair and hang out.
